Kamil specialises in energy and corporate law. He has extensive experience in providing legal advice on energy projects.
He advised on the development process of photovoltaic and wind power projects, provided legal services to the heating sector, negotiated and supervised the legal process of construction of heat and power generation units. He negotiated contracts for the outsourcing of energy and environmental services to the industrial sector. He advised companies in the energy and fuel market sector on the implementation of regulatory obligations and obtaining CO2 emission allowances. He was also involved in the preparation of due diligence reports for renewable energy and conventional energy investments.
Kamil graduated in law from University of Silesia in Katowice. He also completed postgraduate studies at Kozminski University in International Commercial Law.
