• EQT Real Estate on a power purchase agreement with Fiege Logistik relating to the roof-top PV installation on EQT Real Estate’s prime logistics facility in Borna, near Leipzig
• Amprion on the award for the operation of the decentralised 250MW grid booster battery energy storage project in Bavarian Swabia to EDF power solutions Deutschland
• Enel Green Power S.p.A. on the acquisition by Enel Green Power Germany GmbH of a German onshore wind farm portfolio with a total installed capacity of 51 MW
• EQT on the acquisition of a prime logistics facility in Borna, near Leipzig, through a sale-and-lease-back transaction with Fiege Real Estate
• LyondellBasell on a 15-year corporate Power Purchase Agreement (cPPA) with Vattenfall securing 450 GWh annually from the offshore wind farm Nordlicht 1
• Brookfield Asset Management on the European aspects of its historic PPA partnership with Microsoft, providing a pathway for Brookfield to deliver over 10.5GW of new renewable energy capacity in the U.S. and Europe
• Novar on the acquisition of a German photovoltaic project from WiNRG, helping the client to expand its renewable energy portfolio and establishing its market entry to Germany
• LyondellBasell on a power purchase agreement with Encavis to secure 208 MW of renewable electricity generation capacity from solar parks in Bartow, Germany
• Shell on the sale of Shell Energy Retail, the energy retail business of Shell in the UK and Germany, to Octopus Energy Group
• The Renewables Infrastructure Group (TRIG) on the acquisition of an additional equity interest in the Merkur offshore wind farm in the German North Sea
• Q ENERGY on a joint venture with ENVIRIA for the development of a 500 MW photovoltaic projects pipeline in Germany
• Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM) on its €1,4bn acquisition of a 50% interest in the Borssele 1 & 2 offshore wind farm in the Netherlands
• Shell on the acquisition of e-vehicle charging company ubitricity
• ALTANA in the procurement process for the conclusion of corporate PPAs from renewable energy projects
• TEPCO Power Grid on its participation in the 1.4 GW NeuConnect Interconnector Project between the UK and Germany
