Martin advises national and international clients on all aspects of energy law, with a special focus on renewable energy and infrastructure projects as well as M&A transactions and financings in the energy sector.
Since 2016 Martin Weitenberg is lecturer of the European and International Energy Law MBL programme at the TU Berlin.
He is author of diverse publications on energy industry law, inter alia as co-author of commentaries on the German Energy Industry Act (EnWG) and the German Renewable Energies Act (EEG).
