  • advising major global airlines in their day-to-day matters as well as passenger claims and administrative disputes regarding penalties imposed by relevant authority based on the PNR Act 
  • advising a government department on the establishment of the Polish Aviation Group
  • representing major European airlines in administrative proceedings concerning a change of Chopin Airport tariffs for air operators
  • advising a global aviation association on their day-by-day work in Poland and in legislation matters concerning amendment to the PNR Act and supporting the client to implement law reflecting the needs of the aviation community
