Eversheds Sutherland advises Van Elle Holdings plc on its acquisition by Strabag

Van Elle is a longstanding client of Eversheds Sutherland, with the firm acting on Van Elle’s flotation on the AIM segment of the London Stock Exchange in 2016.

Founded in 1835, Strabag has grown into one of Europe’s largest construction groups. 

Led by public company advisory partner Alistair Cree, principal associate Annika Unsworth, Eversheds Sutherland acted as sole legal adviser to Van Elle Holdings plc.
