Eversheds Sutherland is pleased to have acted as legal advisor to Blue Owl Technology Finance Corp. (OTF) on its approval from the New York Stock Exchange to commence trading as of June 12, 2025, under the ticker symbol "OTF."

OTF is now the largest publicly traded technology lending business development company (BDC).
