Eversheds Sutherland has advised Ejendal Invest in connection with them entering into an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Willo AB. Willo is a leading manufacturer of high-quality critical precision parts with a cutting-edge production facility in Växjö, Sweden. Willo, founded in 1956, currently employs 125 employees, focuses on serving customers in industry, medtech, energy and moldtech – making products and components that are not allowed to fail. The Company handles parts with tolerances down to +/- 0,001 mm, or roughly the diameter of a bacteria.
The acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close during Q1 2024.
Eversheds Sutherland's team mainly consisted of Sina Amini, Mathilda Andersson, Jens André, Therése Berg, Gustav Dahlsjö, Ludwig Eriksson, Victor Frejdig, Matilda Frykman Krans, Isak Henriksson, Elvira Näs and Simon Rydberg.
