Eversheds Sutherland Continues Silicon Valley Growth with Addition of Seasoned Trial Lawyer Peter Meier

Mr. Meier brings more than 25 years of experience as a nationally recognized trial lawyer, serving as a trusted adviser and lead counsel in disputes across the real estate, environmental, construction, and commercial sectors. He has served as lead trial counsel in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.

Mr. Meier’s work includes guiding the developer of San Francisco’s Millennium Tower through complex, multi‑party litigation involving more than 400 claims, negotiating a global settlement, and overseeing structural retrofit negotiations. He has also represented companies in major construction, infrastructure, environmental, and commercial matters, including disputes involving the world’s largest battery‑energy storage system, large‑scale development projects, long‑term commercial leases, and cross‑border business transactions.
