Eversheds Sutherland has been appointed to the Pension Protection Fund (PPF) Legal Services Panel for 2026, reaffirming the firm’s strong track record advising major institutional investors on sophisticated, high value investment mandates globally.
The global law firm will provide specialist support to the PPF across a wide range of asset management and investment-related matters.
Under this mandate, the global law firm will advise on an extensive portfolio of work, including:
- Public markets investing
- Private placements
- Investments in private funds (including primary, co investment, and continuation vehicles)
- Derivatives
- Financial services and regulatory advice, including compliance and regulatory change projects
- Tax
The mandate will be led by Partners Colin Askew, Deepesh Upadhyay, Stefanie Sahla Jones, and Ankit Chhabra.
