Sutherland Partner Named Among Nation’s Top Women Litigators

Ms. Fletcher is the leader of the Construction Industry Practice Group and has served as co-leader of the Litigation Practice Group and as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Her practice involves construction industry issues exclusively. As lead counsel, she has successfully resolved complex construction disputes throughout the country and internationally, representing construction managers, developers, general contractors, owners, municipalities and specialty contractors.

Under Ms. Fletcher’s leadership, Sutherland’s construction litigators have successfully resolved hundreds of construction cases in all 50 U.S. states, Canada, Mexico and overseas. A fellow in the American College of Construction Lawyers, Ms. Fletcher serves on the Executive Board and will serve as President in 2017-2018.
