Neil is a Principal Associate in the Commercial Dispute Resolution and International Arbitration groups in our Dubai office.
He handles a broad spectrum of litigation, arbitration and regulatory matters, helping clients to manage complex disputes and control commercial risks.
His key sectors are energy, consumer, infrastructure and transport. He frequently acts as the lead Associate on the largest, highest value and most complex cases within the firm’s commercial disputes practice. His recent experience includes acting for Aviva, Boots Opticians, Transport for London, WeWork and DHL.
Neil’s experience includes a six-month secondment to Shell where he worked alongside the UK Head of Legal and in-house leads for retail, commercial fuels, aviation, real estate and media/advertising.
