With over a decade of insurance industry experience, Gary has worked on a wide range of insurance representations, including those involving mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, private equity investments, insurance-linked securities transactions and reinsurance. He advises on these and other complex insurance-related transactions for a diverse client base, including private equity firms, insurers, reinsurers and other financial services firms.
His wide coverage of insurance-related legal matters includes his significant experience advising clients on insurance transactional and regulatory matters involving life and property and casualty insurance businesses.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Gary was counsel in the New York office of a global law firm, where he also focused on insurance transactional and regulatory matters.
