He focuses primarily on residential project acquisitions, legal aspects of development, planning and permitting processes, construction law, and establishing legal relationships between developers and municipalities. He also has extensive experience in various corporate transactions, banking and private financing, IT/IP law, construction contract law, and legal advising on the leasing and management of commercial real estate, particularly retail space.
Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Pavel ran his own law firm for 12 years, providing legal services primarily in the area of real estate. Before establishing his own law firm, he worked for several years at BBH (formerly Brzobohatý Brož & Honsa), where he was a member of the banking & finance team, and subsequently at DVOŘÁK & SPOL. (now Eversheds Sutherland), where he returned after years of building his own law firm with his entire team and client portfolio.
