With more than 20 years of experience, her practice focuses on supporting clients on multifaceted financing matters, including acquisition financings; mezzanine, second lien, and other structured financings; workouts; cross-border transactions; and a wide range of facilities – including syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, capital call facilities and facilities secured by unusual collateral.
Notably, Kathryn has significant experience supporting clients in the technology, media, and telecommunications; life sciences; manufacturing; sports; and financial services sectors, further broadening the team’s scope of experience in major industries with sophisticated financing needs.
Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Kathryn practiced in the Corporate & Securities practice group of another corporate law firm in Texas.
