Kenzo works directly with in-house legal leaders to design and continuously improve managed services programs – reducing cycle times, lowering per-unit costs, and freeing internal teams to focus on higher-stakes strategic work. In leading Konexo’s LMS offering, which helps corporate legal departments manage routine and high-volume legal work, Kenzo brings a focus on leveraging purpose-built emerging technology, process improvement, and delivery-center scale.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, he gained over a decade of leadership experience in legal and technology consulting, guiding teams on complex legal managed services projects and AI-enabled legal technology for enterprise clients. Most recently, he was the Principal of Managed Solutions and AI Programs for a global technology-enabled services provider to the legal industry.
Kenzo is a frequent speaker at major industry conferences such as ALM/Legalweek, CLOC and Future Law.
