We are pleased to have advised Swisscom on its acquisition of Axept Business Software AG, one of the leading integration and operating partners for Swiss ERP software Abacus.

This move will help build Swisscom’s expertise in core business applications and consolidate its position as a comprehensive digitisation partner supporting competitive Swiss SMEs.

The team was led by Daniel Bachmann (Partner) and Alexander Schütz (Partner) and supported by Markus Näf (Partner), Leonid Shmatenko (Senior Associate) and Isolda Zobrist (Associate).
