Rachel supports clients on complex commercial real estate matters with a strong focus on mortgage loan origination for lenders and investors across the capital stack.
Rachel represents lenders, borrowers, buyers and sellers in the origination of mortgage, mezzanine and construction loans, loan restructurings, acquisitions, dispositions and leases.
She has extensive experience in transactions involving numerous property types – such as multifamily, office, hotel, mixed-use, industrial, retail, cooperatives and condominiums and portfolios of diversified assets – for clients including domestic and international banks, life insurance companies, developers, institutional investors, loan servicers and borrowers.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Rachel developed her practice on the New York-based team of another private practice law firm.
