- advising an Irish university in relation to employment law matters including a specific external appeals mechanism against a decision by it to dismiss a member of the academic staff, who was a public servant
- advising public sector clients on the procurement of the Higher Education PPP programme - the design, build, finance and maintenance of campus buildings at twelve Higher Education Institutes in Ireland
- advising various universities on significant campus development and student accommodation projects
- advising an Irish university in relation to real estate matters, including advices on leases and licences
- advising an educational training board on the acquisition and development by way of lease of two new schools
